OL 2003: Adding a Calendar from the Public Folders to your Other Calendar list | | |
- Open the Folder list (It is usually the icon to the left of the black arrow pointing right)
- Find the calendar in the Public Folders you wish to have listed in your other calendars
- Right-click on the name of the calendar and select copy to Favories - this may then add it to your Other Calendars, if not go to the next step.
- Find Favorites in the folder list and right-click again, this time select Add to Other Calendars
